The money for the ports: where is it coming from
Well we've heard for days how we all suffer from islamophobia and just as i was starting to waffle a tad on this issue something slapped me in the face again. Where is the money coming from.Well my understanding is UAE just doesn't have the money and they are going to need financing for this deal on the world capital markets.
On the surface that seems fine until I stop and think for just a minute. Who might we know that has billions of dollars. well yeah George Soros, Bill Gates but its not them. Guess Again.How about Osama Bin Laden. So with no financing in place, what is to stop OBL from helping finance this deal. And what is to stop him from actively participating in the participation of this. What stops him from helping fund this on the sly that its not readily traced back to him.
Okay so maybe this is reaching maybe its not. But frankly the fact that i can think of this as being a reason is why not to do this makes me wonder if the President has thought of this. Although i can't honestly say that i think he knew about this until it exploded all over talk radio.
I do understand that the left is politically motivated in this on many levels. I realize that there is a lot of misinformation out there on this, but that's from both sides. But maybe the biggest question I have is who did not see political fall out from this coming. And that this would be an issue that if it came out, which it did, would have many people up in arms and allow the left to use this issue to their advantage. Maybe this point bugs me most of all.
And so it goes, the company is now offering to delay this. The President now seems to be saying that he 'might' agree to look this over. So maybe just maybe some progress is being made. But most of all I do thing that Karl Rove will have a long fight to wipe this one out of the back of American minds and possibly that was the biggest damage to national security because the democrats have long proved they don't understand how to keep America safe. And I hope someone realizes that before its too late.
